LSM Chiropractic of Madison, Dean St Mary's is located WITHIN the SSM Health Outpatient Center on the third floor. Reimbursable patient parking is available in the adjacent parking garage. Garage ramp entrances are located on Brooks Street, across from the Hospital's main entrance, or Erin Street. Parking fee is reimbursable at your appointment. Valet parking is offered as a free service to patients at the Center's main entrance on Brooks street.
If parking in the garage, take garage elevators to Level A and follow signage into the main lobby of the Outpatient Center. Take lobby elevators to the third floor and check in with the Neurosciences reception desk.

Since 1954, LSM Chiropractic has been providing personal care for patients who live or work in downtown Madison, Madison's west side, Shorewood, Fitchburg, Middleton, Verona, and surrounding areas of Madison Wisconsin.
This clinic is located WITHIN the SSM Health Outpatient Center.
Patient parking is available in the Park Street parking garage. Entrance is across from SSM Health St Mary's Hospital's main entrance on Brook's Street. A second entrance to the ramp can be found on Erin Street. Valet parking is offered as a free service to patients through the hospital's main entrance on Brook's street.
Please follow signage to the Outpatient Center and take elevators to the third floor. You will check in with the Neurosciences reception desk.
